| Corporate Membership $200.00 per Year This membership allows for an unlimited number of members from your company. If you are paying for a corporate membership, the person paying the membership dues should be the corporate contact for the Chapter. |

| Individual Membership $50.00 per Year This membership is good for one person at a time from any individual company. If you have two individual memberships from one company, please submit separate payments for each membership. |
